Our Cleaning Technicians are responsible for setting the pace for a great clean and sanitary shift. They provide a dependable and fast service. If you take pride in great teamwork, then we want to hear from you.

In addition to the starting pay rate this position offers a $50 monthly bonus for no missed days and a quarterly bonus for no missed days. In other words, one could receive an additional $250 bonus every 90 days.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Sweeping, mopping, scrubbing and vacuuming floors.
• Gathering and emptying trash, including recycling.
• Cleaning and polishing furniture and fixtures.
• Servicing, cleaning, and supplying restrooms.
• Cleaning windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees.
• Dusting furniture, walls, machines, and equipment.
• Cleaning laboratory equipment, such as glassware and metal instruments, using solvents, brushes, rags, and power cleaning equipment.
• Mixing water and detergents or acids in containers to prepare cleaning solutions, according to specifications.
• Strip, seal, finish, and polish floors preferred but not required.

EXPERIENCE:
• 1 Year Relevant Experience Preferred but Not Required.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Driver’s license preferred.
• Must be willing to work flexible shifts.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug test and background screening.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS / JOB SITE REQUIREMENTS:
• Must be able to complete hiring paperwork electronically.
• May be required to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Must possess enough strength and stamina to perform the technical duties and essential functions as identified above.
• Must be able to move in and around confided spaces and uneven areas.
• Must have full range of motion consistent with age.
• Must be able to climb and maintain balance ladders.
